Job Description - Remote Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


Saudi Airlines is seeking a reliable and dedicated Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through various communication channels, including email and phone. 2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions and/or alternatives within the time limits. 3. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Assist in creating and implementing customer success strategies and initiatives. 6. Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues to management when necessary. 7. Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and needs. 8. Meet and exceed customer success key performance indicators (KPIs). 9. Continuously improve customer success processes and procedures. 10. Handle customer complaints in a professional manner and strive to achieve a resolution that meets the customer's needs.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. People management skills. 7. Adaptability to changing customer needs and company initiatives.
