Job Description - Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


Jarir Marketing Company is seeking a dynamic and driven Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Success Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist customers in resolving any issues or concerns they may have with our products or services. 2. Provide support and guidance to customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 3. Work closely with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and deliver solutions in a timely manner. 6. Assist in creating and implementing customer success strategies to drive business growth. 7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong drive to succeed and exceed customer expectations. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 5. Ability to innovate and think creatively when addressing customer issues. 6. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
