Customer Success Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

National Water Company is seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Success Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from home, providing you with the flexibility to balance work and personal life.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat with any inquiries or issues they may have. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner. 3. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. 4. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience. 5. Communicate feedback from customers to the appropriate teams to drive product improvements. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Provide support for customer-related projects as needed.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Energetic and resilient personality to handle demanding customers. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 7. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
