Job Description:
Panda Retail Company is seeking a Remote Customer Success Associate to join our team based in Medina, SA. This position is part-time with the potential for growth within the company. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and a strong background in building customer relationships.
As a Remote Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat. You will need to troubleshoot any issues that may arise, provide product recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining customer records and providing feedback to our product development team to improve the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Document customer interactions and feedback - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service - Independent and resilient personality traits - Adaptability and attention to detail soft skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
