Customer Success Associate

As a Customer Success Associate at Al Tazaj in Jeddah, SA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Your responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences - Providing exceptional customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and social media - Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded - Monitoring customer feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement - Analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Developing and implementing strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty - Planning and executing customer education and training programs - Providing feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and preferences

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or related field - Resourceful and hardworking with a strong customer focus - Excellent planning and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
