Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

Kudu Company for Food and Catering is seeking a dedicated and resilient Customer Success Associate to join our team in Mecca, SA. As a part-time position at the Associate Level, this role requires at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others succeed, and the ability to think innovatively to solve problems.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. 2. Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, providing timely and effective solutions. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and drive product and service improvements. 4. Utilize negotiation skills to handle customer escalations and resolve conflicts in a professional manner. 5. Develop and implement innovative strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty. 6. Analyze customer data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
