Remote Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

Herfy Food Services Co is seeking a talented Remote Customer Success Associate to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer success or customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through virtual communication channels - Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor customer accounts and proactively address any issues or concerns - Provide product training and support to customers as needed - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and initiatives - Assist in the onboarding of new customers and ensure a smooth transition

Requirements: - Confident and adaptable personality traits - Strong project management skills - High emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
