Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our team at Al-Yamama in Mecca, SA on a part-time basis. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up - Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to help drive customer retention and expansion - Assist with gathering customer feedback and data to provide insights for product development - Manage customer accounts and update customer information in our database - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success

Requirements: - Reliable and dedicated individual with strong communication skills - Persuasion and presentation skills to effectively engage with customers - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
