Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

United Electronics Company is seeking a part-time Customer Success Associate to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. 2. Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns. 4. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 5. Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed. 6. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall customer success. 7. Assist in developing and updating customer success documentation and resources.

Requirements: 1. Independent and resourceful mindset to handle customer inquiries effectively. 2. Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams. 3. Strong adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. 4. At least 4 years of experience in customer service or related roles. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field. 6. Knowledge of CRM systems and customer success best practices.
