Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


The Customer Success Manager at Panda Retail Company in Jeddah, SA will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers by providing exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, be adaptable to changing needs, and possess strong people management and planning skills.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues or concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and identify opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty - Provide product training and support to customers as needed - Track and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Communicate regularly with customers to keep them informed of new products and features - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations


Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in people management and leading teams - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
