Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


Dallah Healthcare Company is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team in Medina, SA. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved - Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to customers as needed - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our customers - Assist with customer onboarding and implementation of new products or services


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer service or account management - Independent and resilient personality traits - Strong research and communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
