Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


Al Gosaibi Bros. is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Mecca, SA. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and long-term success.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth - Act as the main point of contact for our clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations - Drive customer advocacy and referrals through excellent service delivery - Provide training and support to customers to maximize their use of our products and services


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer success or account management role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Proven ability to think strategically and plan effectively - Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills - Experience in managing customer relationships and driving customer success - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
