Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


L'azurde Company for Jewelry is seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Riyadh, SA. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure their success with our products and services - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements - Monitor customer engagement and usage data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to review performance and identify growth opportunities


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Adaptable and driven personality, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Proven ability to problem-solve and pay attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
