Customer Success Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and resilient Customer Success Manager to join our team at Almarai Company in Mecca, SA. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive customer retention and satisfaction - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing customers - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Drive customer engagement and advocacy through effective communication and relationship-building - Proactively monitor and manage customer health and performance metrics

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer success or account management - Strong negotiation skills and ability to adapt to changing customer needs - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention - Experience working with CRM software and other customer success tools - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
