Remote Customer Success Manager

Job Description:

Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Company is seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a part-time position at a Mid-to-Senior Level, we are looking for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention - Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers to help them achieve their goals - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and issues - Analyze customer data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive business growth - Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in customer success

Requirements: - Resourceful and dedicated personality traits - Strong cooperation and project management skills - 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
