Customer Success Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Company is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Success Manager to join our team. This is a part-time position with the flexibility to work from home. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer success or related roles, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction - Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive retention - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and deliver solutions - Develop and implement customer success strategies to achieve key performance indicators - Monitor customer feedback and trends to make data-driven decisions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven track record of at least 8 years in customer success or related roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong adaptability and critical thinking abilities - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
