Middle East Battery Company is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Success Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Mecca, Saudi Arabia. This position is of mid-to-senior level with a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer success or related fields.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing customers - Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to implement strategies to enhance customer experience - Provide training and support to customers on how to use our products effectively - Monitor and track customer success metrics, such as renewal rates and customer satisfaction scores - Handle customer escalations and resolve conflicts in a professional manner
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus
