Job Description - Customer Success Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a passionate and resourceful Customer Success Manager to join our team at Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Mecca, SA, with a seniority level of Mid-to-Senior. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure their success with our products and services - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Develop strategies to drive customer engagement and renewals - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and provide support - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to onboard new customers - Monitor customer usage metrics and proactively address any potential issues


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in the petrochemical industry is a plus
