Job Description - Customer Success Officer

Job Description:


Saud Consult, a leading consulting company based in Medina, SA, is seeking a part-time Customer Success Officer to join their team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. 2. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns. 3. Provide product demonstrations and trainings to clients as needed. 4. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. 5. Analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns that can improve the overall customer experience. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner. 7. Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and processes.


Requirements: 1. Resilient and confident personality traits to effectively handle challenging customer situations. 2. Strong emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customer needs. 3. Analytical skills to interpret customer data and make well-informed decisions. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
