Customer Success Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Customer Success Officer to join our team at Al Khodari Sons Company in Riyadh, SA. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers through excellent service and support. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the appropriate resources are allocated to support customer needs - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value to customers - Monitor customer usage and engagement to proactively identify any potential issues or areas for improvement - Provide regular feedback to the team on customer trends, needs, and opportunities for growth - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the customer experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Experience in the construction industry is a plus - Passion for providing exceptional customer service
