Job Description - Customer Success Officer

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Success Officer to join our team at Bawan Company in Medina, SA. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. This part-time, Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty. 2. Act as the main point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved. 5. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty. 6. Conduct customer feedback surveys and analyze results to drive continuous improvement. 7. Provide training and support to customers on product usage and best practices.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Attention to detail and a strong problem-solving aptitude. 5. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets. 6. Knowledge of CRM software and customer success best practices.
