Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Success Officer to join our team at Saudi Aramco in Riyadh, SA. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall satisfaction and success of our customers. This role requires a confident and motivated individual who possesses strong analytical skills and people management capabilities.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support and guidance throughout the customer journey - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and advocate for changes that will enhance the customer experience - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Manage customer accounts, track key metrics, and create reports to measure success and identify areas for growth - Provide training and support to customers on how to use our products or services effectively
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 1 year of experience in customer service or customer success roles - Confident and motivated individual with strong communication skills - Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret and analyze data - Strong people management skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
