Customer Success Officer

Job Description:

Abdul Latif Jameel Co Ltd is seeking a part-time Customer Success Officer to join our team in Mecca, SA. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers by providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with our company. This role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals. 2. Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers to ensure their success with our products and services. 3. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address any issues or concerns in a timely manner. 4. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty. 5. Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback to identify areas for improvement. 6. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote customer success stories and drive revenue growth. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to customers.

Requirements: 1. Reliable and energetic personality traits. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and attention to detail. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 8. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
