Remote Customer Success Officer

Job Description:

ACWA Power is seeking a dedicated and energetic Remote Customer Success Officer to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Success Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-ups - Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer challenges and enhance their overall experience - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products/services to customers - Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the customer experience - Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies and initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or customer success roles - Strong attention to detail and excellent people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Must be self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to change
