Remote Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

Herfy Food Services Co is seeking a Remote Customer Success Representative to join our team in Mecca, SA. This is a part-time, associate-level position that requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and support - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns - Provide feedback and insights to improve customer satisfaction and overall experience - Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to customer success and retention

Requirements: - Confident and energetic personality - Strong people management skills - Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
