Remote Customer Success Representative

Arabian Pipes Company is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Remote Customer Success Representative to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a leading manufacturer of pipes in the region, we are looking for a customer-centric individual to provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and support - Understand customer needs and provide solutions to any issues or inquiries - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor customer accounts and promptly address any issues or concerns - Conduct product demonstrations and onboarding sessions for new customers - Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Resourceful in finding solutions to problems - Excellent research skills to understand customer needs and industry trends - Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
