Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

Dallah Healthcare Company is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Success Representative to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an Associate level position, the successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or related fields.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services. 2. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback, providing timely and effective solutions. 3. Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to ensure customer needs are met and drive growth opportunities. 4. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty. 5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 6. Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members to achieve team goals and objectives. 7. Represent the company at events, conferences, and customer meetings as required.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Previous experience in healthcare or related industry is a plus. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
