Customer Success Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Al-Rashid Trading & Contracting Co Ltd is seeking a passionate and energetic Customer Success Representative to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows the successful candidate to work from home. As an entry-level role, no prior experience is required, but the ideal candidate will possess creativity, research skills, and a strong desire to succeed.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email, phone, and chat - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues or concerns - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and retention - Conduct research to better understand customer needs and preferences - Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field is a plus - Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong research and creativity skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
