Customer Success Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Representative to join our team at Saudi Electricity Company. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Medina, SA, with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company. As an Associate Level Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services - Monitor customer accounts and provide regular updates on progress - Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to make improvements - Assist with onboarding new customers and providing training as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Demonstrated ability to work independently and be resourceful in solving problems - Strong people management and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
