Customer Success Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Saudi Cement Company is seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility of working from home in the beautiful city of Medina, SA. As an Associate Level Customer Success Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns. - Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability. - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their needs are met and provide assistance in resolving any issues they may encounter. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention. - Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions with customers.

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role. - Energetic and dedicated individual with strong communication skills. - Ability to effectively persuade and influence customers to achieve desired outcomes. - High emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and address their needs effectively.
