Customer Success Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Customer Success Representative to join our team at Al-Yamama. This is a work from home position based in Medina, SA, offering part-time hours at the Associate Level with a requirement of 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Proactively engage with clients to understand their goals and provide solutions to help them achieve success - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and address any issues that may arise - Develop and implement strategic plans to drive customer growth and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues - Provide training and support to clients to help them maximize the value of our products and services - Track and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements: - Energetic and driven personality - Strong strategic planning skills - Excellent time management abilities - 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
