Job Description - Customer Success Specialist

Job Description: Saudi Ceramics is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting the company's products and services.


Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns - Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Saudi Ceramics' product offerings - Provide training and support to new customers to ensure successful onboarding - Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive customer success initiatives


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer success or similar role - Independent and resilient personality traits - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think innovatively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred
