Job Description - Remote Customer Success Specialist


Job Description: We are looking for a Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Saudi Telecom Company. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services. This role will involve providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting issues, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.


Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and inquiries - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers - Conduct customer training sessions and product demonstrations to ensure customers are fully utilizing our solutions - Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and drive customer satisfaction - Monitor customer usage data to proactively address potential issues and ensure customer success - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and reliable personality traits - Presentation and research skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
