Job Description - Remote Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking a Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our team at the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia. As a part-time Associate level position, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be reliable, confident, have strong critical thinking skills, and excellent communication abilities.


Responsibilities: - Manage customer relationships remotely, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. - Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues. - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns. - Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and offer solutions. - Utilize software tools to track and analyze customer interactions and data.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related role. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
