Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Hilton in Medina, SA. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will be confident, reliable, and possess strong people management and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, handling inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination for an optimal guest experience - Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in our services and processes - Assist in organizing and executing customer events and promotions to increase guest engagement and satisfaction

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
