Job Description - Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


Savola Group is seeking a Part-Time Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As the Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through the delivery of exceptional service and support. This role is perfect for someone who is confident, hardworking, and has a passion for helping customers succeed.


Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and support - Identify and address customer needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing guidance and resolving issues - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience - Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify potential upsell opportunities - Analyze customer data and feedback to make recommendations for product improvements - Provide product demonstrations and training to help customers maximize the value of our offerings - Participate in company meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on products and industry trends


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 1+ years of experience in customer service or sales - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively - Proficiency in negotiation techniques - Experience working with CRM software is a plus - Must be confident, hardworking, and customer-focused
