Job Description - Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


Dallah Healthcare Company is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Mecca, SA. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar customer-facing role. We are looking for a resilient and motivated individual with strong soft skills such as critical thinking and time management.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and resolving any issues that may arise - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their needs and provide recommendations for utilizing our products and services effectively - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and continuously improve our offerings - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing the customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to the team


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in a customer success or similar role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines consistently - Experience with CRM software and other customer success tools is a plus
