Job Description - Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Al Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As an Associate level position with a requirement of 2 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be independent, hardworking, persuasive, and creative.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention - Proactively reach out to customers to understand their needs and offer solutions - Provide product demonstrations and trainings to customers as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and provide timely resolutions - Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty - Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and retention


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Persuasive and creative in finding solutions to customer issues - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
