Job Description - Customer Success Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Almarai Company is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team and work from home. As an entry-level position with zero years of experience required, this role is perfect for individuals looking to start their career in customer success. The successful candidate will be resourceful, confident, possess strong analytical skills, and have a high level of emotional intelligence.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat - Educate customers on product features and benefits - Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to the product development team - Proactively monitor customer accounts to ensure they are achieving desired outcomes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success - Track and report on key performance metrics - Handle customer escalations in a timely and professional manner


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
