Customer Success Specialist - Work from home

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Al Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co. This is a part-time, remote position based in Mecca, SA, at an Associate Level with a minimum of 4 years of experience.

As a Customer Success Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the satisfaction and success of our valued customers. You will be the main point of contact for our customers, providing them with timely and effective support to address their needs and concerns. You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to coordinate customer solutions and ensure a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities include: - Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and priorities - Providing proactive support and guidance to customers to help them achieve their goals - Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely manner - Collaborating with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements - Monitoring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills. You should be able to think on your feet and communicate effectively with customers of varying backgrounds and levels of technical expertise. Additionally, you should have a passion for helping others and a strong attention to detail.
