Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Saudi Airlines. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our services and products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Educate customers on our products and services to maximize their usage and satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes - Monitor customer feedback and communicate insights to the team for continuous improvement - Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers - Meet and exceed customer retention and satisfaction goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Resourceful and confident personality traits - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to innovate and think outside the box to deliver exceptional customer service - Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
