Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Support Assistant to join our team at Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company in Mecca, SA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Support Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the company.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Assisting customers with scheduling appointments and property viewings - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to provide support for promotional events and campaigns - Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer trends and preferences - Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed - Performing general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and coordinating office supplies
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role - Energetic and hardworking personality with a positive attitude - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
