Job Description - Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


SABIC is currently seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Mecca, SA. This position is part-time and entry-level, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer support. We are looking for individuals who are driven, energetic, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order placements, and issue resolution. 3. Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to customers. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies. 7. Assist with administrative tasks as needed.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 5. Experience in customer service or related field is a plus, but not required. 6. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. 7. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
