Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:

Zamil Industrial Investment Company is seeking a part-time Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Jeddah, SA. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is adaptable, driven, and looking to gain experience in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to all clients in person, over the phone, and via email. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of relevant experience in customer service. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks. 4. Leadership skills and the ability to work independently. 5. Basic knowledge of project management processes.
