Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Assistant to join our team at Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company in Mecca, SA. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Providing information about products and services - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Processing orders and returns - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Resilient and able to handle difficult customers with grace - Energetic and enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service - Strong cooperation skills and able to work effectively in a team - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer communication and order processing
