Job Description - Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and confident Customer Support Assistant to join our team at Saudi Airlines in Medina, SA. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers and handling various inquiries and concerns.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and addressing any issues they may have. 2. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner. 3. Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Provide support to other team members as needed.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers. 4. Critical thinking skills and the ability to negotiate with customers to find solutions. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
