Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Customer Support Assistant to join our team at Al-Yamama in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support through various channels including email, phone, and live chat. 2. Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Assist customers with product inquiries, ordering, and returns. 4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Utilize emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customer needs. 7. Plan and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. 8. Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements: 1. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Emotional intelligence and the ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism. 6. Strong planning and organizational skills. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
