Job Description - Remote Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team at Al Rajhi Holding Group in Riyadh, SA. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer support roles and possess a motivated and energetic personality.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via email, phone, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and issues in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and escalate to the appropriate department when needed - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and experience - Stay up to date on product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Assist in other administrative tasks as needed


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer support roles - Motivated and energetic personality - Strong time management and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - High school diploma or equivalent
