Job Description:
As a Customer Support Assistant at Saudi Cement Company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time, work-from-home position with a focus on assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues regarding orders, deliveries, payments, and product information. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams based on customer interactions to improve products and services. 6. Assist in creating and updating customer support documentation and FAQs. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers. 8. Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills.
Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of customer service experience. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Resourceful and motivated personality traits. 6. Strong cooperation and teamwork skills. 7. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 8. High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for effective remote work.
