Job Description:
As a Customer Support Assistant at Al-Rashid Trading & Contracting Co Ltd, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients from the comfort of your own home. Your main responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, and accurately documenting customer interactions in our CRM system.
Additionally, you will also be tasked with assisting with order processing, tracking shipments, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be expected to work collaboratively with your colleagues and demonstrate strong teamwork and leadership skills in order to successfully meet customer needs.
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Ability to work from home and maintain a productive work environment - Hardworking and passionate about providing exceptional customer support - Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively engage with customers - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite - Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
